### Spacious Scandi-inspired luxury home amongst the trees - Mount Glorious summit!

Foliar House is situated at the summit of Mount Glorious, surrounded by pristine rainforest which is home to bird-life, pademelons and sugar-gliders, hiking trails and a locals-only waterfall.  
  
Featuring 5m high ceilings, the first floor of Foliar combines a generous open-plan living with fireplace, dining room and kitchen.  
You’ll find the main bedrooms on the second floor, both with Queen Beds, as well as a private ensuite.  
  
We love to see photos of your time at Foliar House (please tag us @foliar.house).  
  
Commercial photography and filming is not allowed, please contact us if you wish to enquire about location hire rates. This excludes photos taken for personal use or personal social media.  
  
Foliar is not suitable for children or infants.  
  
Foliar House is not suitable for pets. The property is not fenced and backs onto heritage forest where pets are prohibited.  
  
There are no food stores on Mount Glorious, the nearest supermarket, bakery and chemist are in Samford (20 mins drive). Our kitchen is stocked with staples/condiments, as Uber Eats doesn’t service Mount Glorious (we’ve tried!). There are 2 cafes on Mount Glorious, and 2 on Mount Nebo (15 minute drive).

Absolutely wonderful accomodation in stunning surroundings and the perfect retreat for my elderly parent from the Elm House wedding venue. While everything within the ‘treehouse’ was top notch quality, we struggled to warm ourselves in the evenings with the fire place, and only one heater for three bedrooms. Additional blankets were needed for this particularly icy weekend.
