Perched on the 12th floor of Hamilton’s Proximity Apartments, it offers a quiet pause above the trees while keeping you close to everything. Two bedrooms One bathroom One secure car park Fully equipped kitchen Designer furnishings Air-conditioned throughout Private balcony overlooking green parklands Within walking distance to Portside, Racecourse Road, and Eat Street. Approximately 10 minutes to Brisbane Airport. Other Things to Note Guest Verification & Security Deposit As there is no front desk or on-site staff, guests are required to complete a pre check-in form upon reservation confirmation. This helps us care for the home and keep everything running smoothly. This includes: Photo ID verification before arrival A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within three days of checkout provided everything is left in good condition Thank you for your understanding. Pet-Friendly (By Request) Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please message us before booking. $170 pet fee per pet, per stay Pets must be house-trained Pets must be kept off furniture unless covered Pets should not be left alone for long periods Guests are required to clean up after pets inside and outside Keys & Access One apartment key and one key card are provided by default.
