A hotel room with blood splattered on the walls and furniture and children were left screaming in a room above my hotel room where the only way the police could get in was removing the window and doors. Disgusted. A hotel ran by human traffickers.

Please anyone reflecting on this take in to consideration our overall review performance. We at Rambla take on board all feedback and know full well we like anyone are not perfect. It is sad to be targeted by defamation with fictitious accusations when we worked with a guest in reviewing camera footage for reassurance of events being no more than other guests getting to their rooms and ensuring they know there is security on site who can be contacted if there are any concerns at any time (which they were not). We are a popular destination with cooperates, families and leisure guests of all ages with zero issues of parties or disturbances in our year of operation. I am truly saddened that this is how you viewed your stay and wish you all the best in the future. Best Regards

It’s a lovely stay. Close enough to the city without being loud. GYG right there only a 3 min walk for a quick an easy meal. Super spacious too. Wish we could’ve stayed for longer! Will defs be booking again :)

It’s really comfortable to stay there with brand new furniture and excellent remote services although the surrounding area is very quiet and there is no store/shops nearby, overall it’s a good experience to stay there will come back again in the future.

Unfortunately I paid for a serviced room and this did not happen. I communicated this to the hotel with no response. The building right next to my bedroom were replacing their roof….at 0630 in the morning hearing drills, was less then ideal. Key thing was annoying easy to download but hard to use when you are carrying things just because of the awkwardness. Disappointed

Will definitely stay here again as it was very clean, comfortable, thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and was glad to have space for a workout.

The property was very modern and we liked the keys being on the phones. It was easy to get in and out of the building and loved the rooftop patio. However, the room was not clean when we entered… someone had urinated in the toilet and left toilet paper in the toilet not flushed. In the same bathroom a towel was left unfolded and possibly used. The wifi was very poor and we could not access the Netflix option on the tv either. In terms of cleanliness, as we were getting ready to leave and double checking our rooms, we found lots dust balls and it was clear it had not been properly cleaned for a while.

Cleaning was not done properly when I entered the room - hair, rubbish from the prior occupants, dust everywhere. Bad communication- when I made an inquiry through the app, I did not get any responses until next day when I inquired again.

The start was a bit hard with the key on the phone. Manual key worked eventually. Room was excellent. Disappointed the spa did not work.

I really enjoyed staying at Perry House. Staff were very helpful and made are stay easy. The only thing I struggled with at times. Was getting the keyless key to work in the lift. The roof top was really nice and there a BBQ you can book on the roof top. Would stay there again.

The rooms were wonderful. Very clean and nice and I love the facilities The key was a nightmare. Fully online check in which was easy enough. But we had to download an app for the room key which was a nightmare to get onto the phone. It didn’t work for half my friends without some series trouble shooting. Then it wouldn’t open all the doors.

The property was fantastic and the amenities were great. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus. We only had one issue with parking - I had pre booked parking as I knew it was going to be a busy weekend. When we arrived, all the spots were taken. We called the number on our reservation and after about 10 minutes they found us somewhere else to park and refunded the parking charge so I was grateful for that. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great proximity to airport
Great place to stay and conveniently located near the airport. You MUST follow the check in instructions per the follow up emails after booking to pay your deposit, provide ID & obtain your digital key. Otherwise you’ll be stuck like other guests we ran into. Otherwise it’s a very smooth process & an excellent place to stay.

The Rambla Group have completely transformed the short stay apartment hotel complex. Modern, clean, spacious & brand new apartments with everything you expect to find for the business traveller. My 52 square metre apartment had a smart tv as well as a tv in one of the bedrooms so I could stream any one of my programmes from my phone. The pool is amazing and the bbq area a nice addition. Check in was a little complicated however online staff were incredibly accommodating and patient with me as they raked me through the process. It is a 5 minute drive to Gasworls and Teneriffe where there are plenty of smart, cool dining options. This is my first stay here and it won’t be my last.

Amazing value for money out of the cbd of Bris.
Fantastic apartment in a modern well thought out building Comfiest bed which is important The electronic key app IS annoying and time consuming as it doesn’t work first try but it’s not annoying enough to down rate the property. It’s actually quite affordable for the high quality too. Zero noise inside too and walkable to Gasworks. I will definately stay again.
