Central to everything you could want access to and a super spacious apartment meant our toddler didn't go stir crazy. The kitchen and bathrooms served their purpose, but will likely need an update in the near future as they were starting to look very well used, but the bedrooms, living and dining area (enclosed balcony) were all in fantastic condition.
