### Modern Park Ridge Haven – Perfect for Families!

Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, you’ll be close to local shops, cafes, and parks. It’s an easy drive to major shopping centres, schools, and transport links — making it ideal for short stays, family visits, or business trips.  
  
👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit  
  
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.   
  
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:  
  
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival  
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).  
  
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!  
  
🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request)  
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.  
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay  
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
