### Large Five bedroom Home Close to Rock Wall

Sitting proudly on a large 829sqm block with water views, this holiday house is perfect for big families and large groups. Sleeping up to 12, 'A Beach Affair' offers a practical and generously layout providing functional living and entertaining spaces to enjoy both upstairs and downstairs.   
  
The upper levels offers a large open plan space with the kitchen and dining area looking out to the side deck with water views and large bi-fold doors provide a seamless flow for indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers electric appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers a breakfast bar with adjoining dining area. Timber and glass louvers to allow in the beautiful sea breezes as well as privacy with sun-smart roller blinds.  
  
The master bedroom is the only bedroom on the upper level and offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, an ensuite and direct access to the back deck. The remaining bedrooms are on the ground level and offer another queen bed, two doubles and four singles. The lower level also has a family bathroom with shower, quarter bath and separate toilet. The laundry is also located on this level with top loader washing machine and dryer. Please note that the lower level is NOT air-conditioned.   
  
The fully covered entertainment area on the lower level is equipped with a pot belly fireplace on chilly winter nights and ample space for lounging or dining when deciding a BBQ meal is in order. The three vintage light house prisms in the stairwell are one of this homes’ many standout features, along with the large, fully fenced private yard, which offers the perfect play space for children and pets. It also has an outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand after a big day at the beach.  
  
This fabulous holiday home is located in a lovely cul-de-sac and positioned approximately 50 metres to the stunning waters of Moreton Bay. This property is sure to become a family favourite with our regular guests and new visitors to the Island. Unfortunately the whale watching tower is not accessible to guests.  
  
Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have going to amity pt since 1980.I still love the location and the locals.Great house to relax and unwind. Close to beaches for fishing and swimming.Kids and grandchildren loved it.The cleaning lady was fantastic, what a hard worker.Straddie sales and rentals were great and looked after us.

#### Family friendly at Amity Point

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay with plenty of room for a large group. Big backyard for fur babies to play and close to rock wall and amity point cafes and store. The house was easy to keep clean with slate floors. If you’re looking for family friendly simple accommodation this is the one. Good wifi and 2 fridges. Our family enjoyed Christmas at Beach Affair, had a great time.

Great location and space, but kitchen could be better equipped. The house is spacious and comfortably fits a large group. It is in a great location to beach and shops, and we loved seeing the local wildlife including the koala with a baby on its back! While the house does sleep 12 people, the kitchen does not easily cater to that many. We only had 9 people (4 adults & 5 kids) and struggled at dinner time. A few extra, or more modern appliances like pizza trays and an air fryer would make prep for kids and large groups easier. A coffee machine wouldn’t hurt either! The property is pet friendly, however the living / dining space is upstairs leaving our pets downstairs and feeling quite segregated from everyday life. Unfortunately our kelpie figured out if he leant against the blinds, the gap at the side was his ticket to freedom. A few boogie boards blocking the sides seemed to do the trick! This has been feed back to the Real Estate (who were brilliant, as was our cleaner lady). Great team at Straddie Sales.
