For those checking in at unusual hours alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in City and available for contact by email or Airbnb Message.

Overcharged. Unclean

We found a crack pipe left in the drawer and the manager did not even apologise. My friend dropped some powdered bronzer which should easily come out on the carpet and they are charging 4 times over the advertised rate for a carpet cleaner. Do not book here, both the cleaners and the management are terrible.

Unclean and cared for

Places are dirty, they say they have cleaners if they do they need to be sacked. We wouldn’t use a thing in the kitchen, bathrooms just as bad very unclean and very cheap furniture used which was already broken.

Open space apartment.Restaurants-bars nearby.Close to the highway to explore the Gold Coast

Overall the apartment is well situated with open space design concept. 2 private bedrooms and the 2 - three piece bathrooms were great. Parking was good. The amenities with a view is beautiful. Restaurants were within walking distance and the apartment was close to the highway to explore the Gold Coast and a visit to the World of Fruits.

Excellent location. Clean and well appointed.

There was a small mix up with the key when we arrived, but this was sorted out very quickly. The host was very helpful and the apartment was as described. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place with disappointing response to an issue

We had a great time in this apartment with a wonderful location in Fortitude Valley. The pluses were: + Great location + New and clean + Walking distance to the train station + Walking distance to shops, cafes and a slightly longer walk to Woolworths + Mostly quiet except Friday nights when other residents were a bit noisy in the corridor + Great views + Great building + Lots of supplies such as salt and pepper, toilet paper, oils, cleaning products, tea and coffee + Great amenities in a compact space The things that made the place a bit difficult for us: + We could not find the spare towels - there were enough just no spares + There needed to be more glasses that were not wine glasses The negatives: + No television even though advertised. When we queried this we were told it might turn up that week. Further enquiries about this received no response. Since the television was a factor in booking the place, due to our son needing a television, this was very disappointing.. + The instructions to get into the building are complicated and do not have enough details - they are correct but are missing important details + There was no information given on how to operate the moving parking bays + The parking structure is not easy to negotiate with very narrow and winding ramps and people often did not drive on the correct side
