This large, architecturally designed, environmentally sensitive, air-conditioned family home is all yours. King beds in master suite and bedroom 2, Queen beds in bedrooms 3 and 4, 3 x bathrooms, lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining room and plunge pool - all yours!!

This is one of the greenest, environmentally sensitive, self sustaining homes in Brisbane. The beautifully restored 1887 worker's cottage up front belies what is behind and as you walk down the entrance hallway the modern wonder unfolds behind. Across the open courtyard is the "eco-pod" where you have a sophisticated, air conditioned lounge (TV and media) room. Above this is a stunning air conditioned king bed master suite, with beautiful interior design elements, and views across Spring Hill and a beautiful glass walled master ensuite. Complementing this architecturally striking home is your own intimate eco-plunge-pool out back; perfect for relaxing on those steamy Brisbane summer nights. The kitchen includes fridge, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and a toaster and kettle. There is 2 car spaces off the road.
