Check in and out was seamless, and communication was good. The area and actual property boundary was lovely with a well established ‘botanical garden” which attracted many birds all day. The actual room was very basic and unrenovated but clean and spacious. It needs to be given a complete make over, with bright and clean household items, there was one coffee mug in the kitchen. Mould on walls and ceilings, dirty carpet and sticky floors, as well as a musty and smoky smell that was quite overpowering. Regretted taking our children to sleep in this place. Windows and doors did not feel safely locked. Also residents were noisy and walls very thin. Some holes in walls and leaking around Outside of shower.
