Located in the up and coming suburb of Rochedale, our house is architecturally designed to maximise the location, floor to ceiling glass in the open living and dining area permits an abundance of natural light into the spacious, open layout across two levels.

The whole house except from the garage.

Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited.

🔕 Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM

Please help us respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.

Excessive noise may result in intervention by building security or local authorities.

🧼 Starter Supplies

For environmental reasons and to help reduce waste, we only provide a starter pack 🌿.

Included:

• 1 Towel per guest
• Body wash
• Shampoo
• Hair conditioner
• Liquid soap
• Few bin bags
• Tea, coffee & sugar & milk

⚠ Last-Minute Bookings

For same-day bookings, check-in after 3 PM may be delayed. Please contact us before booking to confirm your arrival time and readiness.

🕓 Check-In

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.

Check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival, after house rules have been acknowledged.

Early check-in must be requested at least a day in advance and is subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed on the day of arrival.

🕙 Check-Out

Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure.

Without prior approval, cleaners will begin entry at 10:00 AM sharp.
