The only thing that was disappointing, which we were not aware of at the time of booking, is that private bookings at Tangalooma are not permitted to feed the dolphins. This is not the owner's fault, its the resort's policy to incentivise people to book directly and to cap numbers for the feeding. There is no option to pay to feed the wild dolphins or to go on a reserve list if there are lower numbers, so we missed out. You can get a good close up view of the dolphins by watching the feeding from the wharf and can see it at a distance from the apartment balcony. In summary, you should book directly with Tangalooma Resort if you want to feed the dolphins.
