Noise Guidelines: To comply with Brisbane City Council regulations, please minimize noise during these hours: Monday to Saturday: 7 PM to 7 AM Sunday & Public Holidays: 7 PM to 8 AM No Smoking: This property is strictly non-smoking. If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, there may be a fee of up to $1,500 from the fire department. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe! No Pets: While we love animals, pets are not allowed due to allergies and other considerations. Respect the Environment: Please help us keep the property tidy by disposing of waste properly and avoiding littering out of windows. Keys: You’ll receive one set of keys.
