Contemporary Beach House in waterfront location

This contemporary waterfront beach house has spectacular water views over the bay and water access behind Old School House Park. As an added bonus pets (SMALL DOGS ONLY SUBJECT TO AGENT APPROVAL) are welcome but strictly outside in the rear securely fenced area.

This house sleeps 8 with a queen bedroom with ensuite, another queen bedroom and a twin single. A futon in the living area offers bedding for an additional two guests. The well appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and large 2 door fridge. A comfortable open plan dining and lounge area opens out on to the large rear deck to perfectly capture the stunning water views of Moreton Bay. The partially covered deck comes complete with a large outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, perfect for summer alfresco dining and entertaining. The property offers ceiling fans throughout for summer comfort and undercover parking for two vehicles. Please note that the driveway is not ideal for manoeuvring or parking a boat.

Amity Seaside is located near The Amity Tavern and is a short walk to the park, Amity General Store, Toompany Beach and all all other amenities. Perfect for the family holiday. Relax and enjoy a wine while watching spectacular Amity sunsets or watch the kids on the swings in the park. Dolphins pass on a regular basis and koalas frequent the nearby trees.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

Great stay

Twins birthday away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will return as this property enjoys a wonderful location, is modern and has a deck and view overlooking the beach and horizon, to die for. However it needs some love. The cleaning arrangements are lacking: range hood filthy, oven and bbq not clean and despite all gas jets on high, no heat. Gas bottles to house both empty and neglected resulting in no hot water and no hot food on day 1. **** roaches present and a light not working, outdoor table soiled and neglected. Range hood lights faulty. All these points could be easily resolved within 2 hours of attention but sadly overlooked. That said, it still a wonderful property. All points were relayed to the wonderful team at Straddie rentals who did their best to remedy what they could.
