Private use of the ground floor of a classic Paddington cottage, located metres from vibrant boutique & cafe-lined Latrobe Tce. Exclusive use of the ground floor, separate entrance, two spacious bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom/laundry & kitchenette. On street parking. All linens, towels and basic toiletries provided. Pantry items including tea & coffee, cooking oils etc also included. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops all located within 500m.   
Walk to Suncorp & GoMA, easy access to RBWH, The Wesley, Mater and Children’s Hospital.   
Short drive to Kelvin Grove Campus’s.   
Two kms from the CBD with easy M1 & M2 access should you wish to visit the Gold or Sunshine Coasts.
