Front desk was NOT manned as per hours displayed. Second lift was not working so at times we waited 10minutes for lift to come and on one occasion lift was too full to fit us in. Hopefully they can get parts to fix lift soon. Entire lift common areas are very foul odour. Pool and spa are very filty and not managed at all. No coffee plunger in apartment. Clean and tidy. Easy friendly check in but found it a bit annoying that when trying to request an extra day add on, for a Thursday I was quoted 999\. That was beyond belief . But it’s not a bad place, The intense smoking just outside the front door is annoying to have to walk through every time .
