A little bit more careful cleaning and maintenance and ensuring all outdoor furniture was useable / safe / well maintained would have gone a long way. It would have been much more enjoyable, had we been able to use the outdoor living/ seating and BBQ area as planned. We booked and paid top but found the BBQ unusable, wicker chairs unsafe to sit on and the broken glass and sun loungers made our outdoor living experience very poor. We had to make the place safe for We also had the electrical issues with fan on fast in Theatre room and then no working fan and lights in three bedrooms for almost three days. The 4x wicker round table chairs are broken and not stable and safe to use for our elderly parents and young kids. Due to being hampered by these maintenance issues during our Canal Luxe Living was well below expected Luxe living standards. ##### Moh Y.
