"Nice hotel central to the Vally "
Lime hotel provided a great retreat from the Vally, yet still being right on its door step. The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast and drink on arrival was a fantastic little extra we didn't expect. The bed was very comfortable.

Oaks on Felix

"Location, location"
The main reason for me booking this hotel was for the close proximity to Eagle St Pier ferry and its direct ferry trip to Holman Street and the Brisbane Jazz Club. So close and convenient. It is also close to the Botanical Gardens for early morning walks. Beside these points the CBD is a short walk and there are restaurants along the riverside plaza which the hotel is locate behind. The hotel staff were friendly and willing to please. They obliged in finding umbrellas for us (not hotel issue) and provided assistance for our friends to use the car park (included in hotel tariff). In respect of the rooms, they are nicely furnished, king bed in main room and double in second bedroom. We reserved a one bedroom apartment but we given a two bedroom apartment with the door unlocked. The second bedroom had the better view of the Storey Bridge. The main bedroom had the access to the bathroom. I know that other reviews note the rooms to be dated, but I found the furniture was quite satisfactory. It would be more correct to say that it is an older apartment building and perhaps the floor lay out is dated and pokey. However the room had a large balcony and and provided all conveniences for our stay (4 nights). The kitchen was adequate dishwasher etc but the cupboards smell and should be replace for this reason alone (they were not knocked around or damaged at all). A larger dining table would also be good (personally I hate small round glass dining tables).
