The open-plan living area brings it all together with a super comfy oversized sofa and a big-screen TV, perfect for Netflix nights or lazy mornings. Into cooking (or at least coffee)? You’re covered with a fully equipped kitchen loaded with appliances, a coffee machine, and heaps of kitchenware.  
  
And then there’s the balcony — your own little sky lounge. With city views, a high bench for drinks, and a front-row seat to the Gabba’s big screen, it’s the go-to hangout spot from sunrise to nightcap.
