The house is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly street with wonderful neighbours, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a respectful level, this is a relaxing home, not a party house. Whether you're visiting Brisbane for work, play, or a bit of both, this charming Queenslander offers the comfort and convenience to make your stay a memorable one.  
  
We’re a local family who love the simple joys of living close to what Brisbane CBD has to offer, while being in a nearby friendly suburb - We enjoy taking the kids for bike rides, spending afternoons at the beach, or enjoying a relaxed weekend barbecue with friends.  
  
One of our favourite things to do is walk our dogs and have camping trips across QLD & NSW. We live close to the property and are passionate about creating a space where our guests can switch off, unwind, and feel truly at home. Whether you're visiting for a weekend escape, a family holiday, or a longer break, we want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We’ve tried to think of everything you might need and are always happy to offer local tips on the best places to eat, swim, explore, or simply relax.  
  
Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy, it’s a chance to meet wonderful people. We hope you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door and that your time here leaves you feeling rested, refreshed, and a little more connected to the slower pace of Bulimba life.  
  
Nestled in the heart of beautiful Bulimba, our home offers the perfect balance of convenience, charm, and quiet. Just 200 metres from the vibrant Oxford Street precinct, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips: trendy cafes, boutique shops, restaurants, bars, and even a classic cinema, all within a short stroll. If you're heading into the city, the CityCat ferry terminal is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a scenic and stress-free commute along the Brisbane River.  
  
The Brisbane CBD is also just a 10-minute drive, making it easy to explore the city’s cultural attractions, museums, and events. Families love the space and comfort of the area. Our home is located in a peaceful, family-friendly street with lovely neighbours and a strong sense of community. The large fenced yard, kids’ playground, and fire pit make it a great spot to unwind and enjoy some quality time. Plus, we’re pet-friendly, so no one gets left behind.  
  
With off-street parking for up to four cars and all the best of Bulimba at your doorstep, this is a wonderful base for exploring Brisbane or simply kicking back and relaxing. We kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful nature of the neighbourhood.  
  
This is a restful family retreat, not a party venue.
