### A Sunday Kind of Stay - Home Near Manly + Shops

Our place is for you if you’re after something that feels like golden light through gauzy curtains, bare feet on timber floors, the smell of coffee and linen, a home that holds you gently — between bayside breezes and Brisbane buzz.   
  
Not flashy. Just deeply felt — like a Sunday that decided to last forever...  
  
Styled with soft textures, coastal tones, and thoughtful detail, our home invites you to pause — even just for a while.  
  
Parking & Storage Notes  
Guests are welcome to use:  
➤ The carport (fits 1 car)  
➤ The driveway (fits 1 additional car)  
  
Please note: we’ve kept a few private storage boxes neatly secured at the rear end of the carport. These are for host use only and not accessible during your stay—but don’t worry, they won’t affect your parking or space to move around.  
  
Guests can use the rest of our house freely.  
  
Guest Verification & Security Deposit  
  
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.   
  
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:  
  
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival  
➤ A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).  
  
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!  
  
Pet-Friendly (By Request)  
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.  
➤ $170 pet fee per pet, per stay  
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long  
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)
