No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violation results in eviction without refund and a $1,000 fee + security/police call out fee. 3\. No Smoking Smoking indoors incurs a $250 cleaning fee. 4\. No Pets Pets are not allowed. Violations incur an extra cleaning fee. 5\. Noise Curfew Quiet hours: 7 PM – 7 AM. Noise complaints may lead to eviction without refund. 6\. Damages & Lost Items Report damages immediately. Items left behind are stored for 2 weeks. Pickup is free; shipping costs $50 + postage + GST 7\. Keys & Lockouts Lost keys: $500 fee (locks replaced). Lockout assistance: $50 ($150 after hours). 8\. No Unregistered Guests Unauthorized guests incur a $100 fee per person, and bookings may be cancelled without refund. 9\.
