To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Noise Guidelines: Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours: 7 PM to 8 AM No Smoking This property is strictly non-smoking. If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, it may result in a fee of up to $1,500 from the fire rescue department. Please help us keep everyone safe! Tampering with smoke alarms, covering them, or turning them off will result in a $300 penalty. No Pets While we love animals, we can’t accommodate pets due to allergies and other concerns. Bringing pets to the property will result in a $300 penalty, plus the cost of any damages/extra cleaning caused by the pet. Keys You’ll receive one set of keys. If you need an extra set, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that lost keys come with a $250 fee plus locksmith charges and GST.
