This hotel is in an extremely convenient location, it is close to Central Station and within walking distance to most of the CBD sights. Surprisingly it is quiet, given its location. The staff were friendly, and politely (and promptly) provided us with everything we requested. I cannot comment of the restaurant as we did not dine in. The kitchen in the room contains all you need to prepare your own meals (microwave, hot plates, toaster and utensils). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again when next in Brisbane.
Good position friendly staff but in need of a goid spring clean and new furniture etc...tv is large but cheap phone did not work bed very soft and you sink into it. Simply feeling aged now...pity as its in a great position
The Brisbane CBD straddles the Brisbane River and has ample parks, including the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens. The area is easily walkable and there are many restaurants with outdoor seating—if it’s late enough you may be able to catch some live entertainment. Across the river in South Bank you’ll find an exciting shopping experience at the Friday night and weekend markets with more than 80 vendor stalls.
