« We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! »

« Great location for what we wanted to do in Marin County. Easy to get around and to find the place. Beds were comfy and the kids had fun helping prep the sleeper sofa. The porch was wonderful for reading and relaxing. »

« Sara was a great communicator and was a great host for 8 of us! The place is very clean and has great decorations that make it a great place to stay. There was a problem with the toilet but she got back to us right away and told us it was just slow. She said she was fixing it right after our stay. Would love to stay here again! »

« We were very pleased with the place. It was as advertised, with an extremely comfortable main bed and extra spaces for kids. We found the bedding and towels to be excellent and ample for our family. The neighborhood is busy, but safe and quite interesting, with much to see and do even in walking distance. On street parking was no problem, even with our full size truck. Great communication and easy check in and out. »

« The kitchen was amazing. Literally everything you would need to cook a hearty breakfast or gourmet dinners. Stunning view. Peaceful location. A great place for a couple of two people. The fold out bed had a mattress topper which made it super comfortable. Impeccably clean with a very responsive host. Off-street parking worked great. I hope my daughter gets accepted to Berkeley so I can stay there again! »

« We are family of four with a small dog. Just spent 2 nights over the July 4th weekend here. This is one of the best home away from home we have stayed at. It sits on a hilltop and faces the Pacific Ocean. The host is very responsive. The place is just as described, clean, nicely decorated and equipped. The kitchen cabinets are as full as the ones in my house so you can cook all meals if you want to. There is a grocery store at the foothills. A car is recommended as the road going uphill is...
