"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. "What can I say ! Sheraton Malpensa never disappoints. It is our third time staying here + it is like a cozy sweater that you look forward to wearing when you want to relax. This is a perfect stopover hotel when having an early flight or a desire to tackle jet lag the first day of holidays. The staff welcoming, the rooms comfortable and the proximity to airport / train can’t be any closer. True you can book cheaper perhaps near the airport but most hotels have a charge for the shuttle and you are at the mercy of schedules. The cost per mental health ratio is well worth staying here. Believe me you won’t regret it. "
