"Greeted well by reception staff, who showed us to our room and carried my wife’s luggage. Whilst this is categorically not a 5 star hotel, the bed was superbly comfortable as well as the pillow. Breakfast probably let the hotel down, the breakfast room you can’t swing a cat around and the offer was limited, perhaps as it was 09:30 when we got down there all the good stuff had gone, nevertheless, we will stay there again as it suited our purposes perfectly "
"An unhappy experience. When we arrived at our hotel we were told it was closed due to a "technical problem" and that we were booked in a different hotel. While the other hotel was very well situated, it was tired looking, no wi-fi in the rooms, and we had the worst room in the hotel, looking out on a service courtyard instead of a sea view.
Heating rails in the bathroom did not work.
No window or extractor fan in the bathroom either."
"I don't usually write a review but I should this time because we really had bad experience. First of all, it's not a luxury suite room at all! A New York poster in the living room is torn and a kettle is broken. It was supposed to be including breakfast but the staff said to us to pay if we would like to have it. After arguing, she offered only one croissant and one coffee. I'm not happy to pay for the full price without decent breakfast. No hospitality or good service. I should have booked...
"I booked this hotel for a few days last minute and couldn't have been happier. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. The pool area was clean within easy access into the pool which is important for me with reduced mobility. I have very specific dietary needs after surgery and these were catered for after a quick chat with staff"

"The Patria Palace hotel is excellent in so many ways - central location ( in front of Santa Croce), high quality hotel room and delicious breakfast. But most of all, it is the staff of the hotel who made our stay so memorable. It exhibits old school charms (like hotels in an Agatha Chistie novel) where every staff greets u warmly from front desk, concierge and dining room.
A big shout out to Mr Francesco from front desk and Irene who serves us breakfast.
It was the best stay of our 2-week holiday in Italy. Bravo!"

"Hotel Torino was perfect. Clean and simple with friendly, helpful staff and great coffee. Everything worked. On arrival, late in the evening, I asked for hot water - it was provided. I asked for help with my heavy case - it was provided. They were happy for me to leave my bag for a few hours after I checked out. The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Thank you. "
"This hotel and spa were fantastic. The staff is very friendly. We had dinner upstairs on the roof top deck. The food was amazing. Simple and so tasty. I had a facial and a massage. Probably the best I have had in a very long time Location is terrific. Just steps away from the city center. "
"It was an amazing property, our only issue was that dining was lacking. It wasn't good as the menu was very limited and there were no snacks or a tuck shop available. The pizza restaurant was available but we didn't like the pizza. there should be more menu choices and food availability from take out."
