Staff very helpful. The room was a very good size and the bed was comfortable. The location was very quiet but close to the main area and restaurants. The breakfast was limited but satisfied our needs and the coffee was excellent.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and accommodating. They treated me and my family very well and made our experience in Brindisi great. Additionally, the breakfast had a great selection of options.

Very basic hotel.. not worth they are charging.. rooms are very small.. Broken eggs were kept for breakfast for two days..

The hotel was centrally located in Brindisi and was clean. The room was actually quite large for a historic area and the breakfast buffet had good variety. Check in and out were quick and easy.

Central and nice, with very helpful staff
Nice enough centrally located, near the station and main street of Brindisi. Just a standard hotel, with not much charm, but very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable (typical hotel) rooms. Breakfast had no vegan alternatives, except fruit. But the coffee was good. All in all perfectly fine for exploring Brindisi or catching trains to other beautiful nearby towns.

Summer visit back to San Vito Air Station
Decent hotel. Very basic Italian. Hotel promised breakfast but only offered it once over 3 days. Extra 10 Euro/per day to park even though their site says parking is free. Extra charge for local phone calls.

Clean Friendly family-owned hotel
This hotel is run by a very nice family. they were very friendly and cared that I had a nice stay. The older son was fluent in English and gave me a good suggestion on catching the bus to the airport. I would like to rate this hotel as 4.5, only because I could smell second-hand smoke in my room from somebody smoking in the hotel somewhere. Otherwise, I would gladly stay there again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Worlds smallest lift (but it did the job). Rooms and corridor reminiscent of student accommodation but I had a comfortable night and that's all that really counts.

Great value for the money. I can't say enough about the excellent staff here. Ask for a room with double bed. The single rooms are quite small.

Perfect hotel
We were ment to stay for 1 night ... But we stay for 4 night. Rooms were very clean and the very freindly staff were very helpful, we enjoy our stay and fall in love with the most beautiful and the most cleaness town in Italy special a stroll down town at night .... (Brindisi Puglia )

So convenient!
We only had one night in Brindisi but the location of the Barsotti meant we were straight in the heart of things and wasn't forced to waste time travelling about. The service at reception was excellent. People were efficient and helpful which was very welcome considering myself and my partner speak very little Italian.

A very basic hotel in the centre of an incredible city, location makes this excellent value for money. Not the comfiest of rooms though. The staff speak very little English but are very nice and accommodating.

Good but pricey hotel
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, though it definitely has an old-fashioned/dated feel to it. It seems that all the hotels in Brindisi are on the expensive side - I would expect more for my money elsewhere, but I certainly can't complain about anything with this hotel, other than the price.

Basic no frills hotel. Clean, conveniently located and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was basic: coffee/cappuccino croissant, cold cereal, juice and cheese. Convenient, quiet location. Stayed for two nights and would recommend it. Brindisi is a very nice place! Exceeded my expectations. Hotel staff gave very good restaurant recommendations!

Good location but could have been better
Air conditioner was not working for the entire hotel and room was hot and stuffy. Didn't help to open windows since we were on the second floor and there were noisy people outside loitering. There were also tiny ants in the bathroom. Hotel is centrally located downtown and walking around was easy and inviting. Easy walk to railway station and bus to the airport.

The rooms are spare, and we though it overpriced. I was surprised to see a Hopper print of a US scene on the wall. Hotel staff pleasant, but they gave incorrect information on how to catch a bus to the Brindisi airport. Good breakfast!

A very nice hotel, in the center of town. The staff was one of the best we have ever met. They were very helpful and we got excellent service from all of them. A good breakfast buffé was also served.

Too expensive for what it offers
We chose this hotel because of the location (ten minutes' walk from the airport bus), the staff were very friendly, and they did recommend a good restaurant. That said, the hotel is on the spartan side of very basic, cramped, and old-fashioned, something we used to see in the French countryside in the early seventies when we were penniless students. For half the price we gave the Barsotti, at a pinch, maybe it would be tolerable, on condition you didn't spend any more time in the hotel than that required to sleep and perform some essential functions. But it is definitely not good value, compared to what we had been paying for very good hotels in the previous week. I suppose they will always have a share of the market, because people will always think getting up for that early flight justifies anything, but in real terms it is a costly option, and not a comfortable one.

Within very easy walking distance of both the railway station and the airport bus. Situated one road away from the main shopping street, and wonderfully quiet, despite its central location. The staff were all extremely helpful both at initial check-in and when checking out (at 5am). We had booked a non-smoking double room, but when we asked to change to a smoking room, it was changed with no fuss to 2 rooms on the 4th floor, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles, both rooms with TV. Room was large, adequately furnished, clean and tidy, rather than comfortable. Very small (but efficient) lift. Downside: No restaurant, and we had trouble finding food on a Monday night. Shower never got hot enough to use – but it was 4am and the 4th floor; maybe I didn't try for long enough. Glad I didn't try to arrive by car – parking looked very difficult.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und eignet sich gut, für eine Nacht, wenn man frühmorgens einen Flug ab Brindisi hat. Zum Flughafen sind es ca. 10 Minuten (ausserhalb Rushhour).

Hôtel calme proche de la gare
Accueil très sympathique, on est de suite connu et reconnu, hôtel dans rue calme malgré la proximité du centre ville et de la gare (4.mn à pied), petit déjeuner correct. Salle de bains assez petite avec cabine de douche pour maison de poupée.
