Sleeping up to 8 guests and offering distant sea views, this is a fantastic base for families, friends or group stays looking to enjoy the coast, the city and everything in between. With the beach, cafés, independent shops and vibrant nightlife right on your doorstep, you’re perfectly placed to experience Brighton at its best. Brighton Palace Pier - Iconic seaside pier with rides, arcades and sea views (0.6 miles) SEA LIFE Brighton - Classic aquarium with shark tunnels and marine displays (0.6 miles) Royal Pavilion - Exotic former royal palace and gardens in Regency style (0.7 miles) The Lanes - Historic maze of independent shops, cafés and galleries (0.8 miles) Brighton i360 - Observation tower offering panoramic coastal views (1.0 miles) The apartment is located within a purpose-built block and opens into a generous hallway, leading straight into the main living space. The living room is large and light-filled, with panoramic windows and glimpses of the sea, making it an ideal place to relax or gather together after a day out. There’s a comfortable sofa bed and a single chair bed for additional sleeping space, along with a large dining table where everyone can sit together. A 40” Smart TV with built-in Amazon Alexa and free Wi-Fi allows guests to stream their favourite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime and more. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for both short breaks and longer stays. It includes a fridge, freezer, oven, four-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine, along with a full kitchen inventory, crockery, cutlery and glassware for the whole group. We also offer complimentary tea and coffee, so please help yourself. A flexible and comfortable space, perfect for couples or friends. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
