Also just a 9 minute walk from Brighton Train Station. This apartment is beautifully presented & features underfloor heating along with an amazing fully fitted kitchen. The Space: The bright apartment offers a fully fitted, beautiful kitchen, a living area with a four seat sofa, a 50 inch JVC Smart TV with access to Netflix & Amazon Prime for your ultimate comfort. WHW Property Group provide Netflix and Amazon Prime as standard in all their properties, so guests can still watch the latest movies or binge watch their favourite series. The ultimate home from home experience. The apartment features a shower and bath in the stunning marble bathroom, the perfect place to wash after a long day at the beach. The kitchen contains everything you need and is the perfect place to cook and entertain in the evening. We have a well behaved humans only policy, no parties and no additional guests without obtaining prior consent. Please refer to our house rules before booking. Additionally, the kitchen comprises a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. An apartment that has been lovingly designed with bespoke furnishing to accommodate get togethers around the dining table or around the TV, it truly is the perfect place to hang out with friends. We have front door security cameras which are monitored 24 hour a day by a security desk. We also have a Minut alarm inside the property to monitor noise levels. There is no parking however there is very local parking which can be found on the Justpark website.
