With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's ideal for groups of up to 6 adults plus two extra guests on sofa beds. You'll enjoy sweeping seaviews from the living room's large windows, free wifi and a smart TV for streaming all your favourite shows. The apartment is well-positioned, within walking distance of local attractions and can be lively at night. Notice: Please note: The windows are being changed on the building, and while the scaffolding is still in place, it's due to be removed once completed. This won’t affect your stay or the views from the property. The Space Enter through the apartment door into the spacious hallway with the living room directly in front of you. The Living Room The spacious open-plan living room features windows with distant sea views, creating a bright and relaxing space to unwind. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly. Noise To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours. We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!). Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit. Pets - This property is not pet-friendly. No Pets are allowed. Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could: Do any washing up Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins Return keys to the key safe Switch off all lights Make sure all windows are closed Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months) Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. If WiFi is essential, this is not the place for you. The WiFi was very poor, slow, and patchy. If reliable WiFi is important, this is not the place for you.2\. If you don’t mind the mild smell of weed and cigarettes from the apartments below, that’s ok. It’s not too bad, but in the twin room you get a stronger smell of cigarettes.3\. There was no TV remote control to be found anywhere. Therefore no TV during the stay. We reported it on arrival, but no replacement showed up.4\. If LOCATION is more important, this place is located only about 8 mins walk from the main centre, and about 5 mins to the sea front.5\. Be careful when booking and pay attention to the security deposit. It’s either a 50 non refundable payment, or a 500 fully refundable payment. I am sure people are directed towards the 50 non refundable option in case you get stung on departure.6\. The flat was clean, tidy, and well stocked with cups, plates etc.7\. Twin beds are not that comfortable. Mattress was like a thin sponge.8\. Two bathrooms, both with full bath tubs. This was a plus.9\. Flat 7 is on the top floor. There is an elevator, but we did not use it. 10\. A good location, could benefit from a WiFi upgrade; better mattresses, but generally clean, tidy, and convenient. ##### Ian M.
