This modern and comfortable 2-bedroom home in the suburbs of Brighton, offering a peaceful countryside retreat with easy access to the city. Ideal for up to 6 guests, it features Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, a private garden, and free on-street parking. It’s perfect for football fans, holidaymakers, and business travellers alike. Just a short drive or bus ride from Brighton’s famous seafront, beach, pier, the Lanes, and the Royal Pavilion, this home offers the best of both relaxation and adventure.  
  
Close to the American Express Community Stadium - home to Brighton and Hove Albion FC

Bus stop 1 min from the front door travelling to Central Brighton and the Universities  
  
KITCHEN / LIVING AREA  
This open plan kitchen/living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a hob oven and kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everyone in your group. In addition to this, a coffee machine that guests can use to grind fresh beans (bring your own beans) and we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. You’ll find the separate lounge TV room set up with a Smart TV to access your own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts, and an L-shaped sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a sink, a mirror and a separate toilet  
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Double sofa bed with fresh linen - the sofa bed is not made up on arrival, so you can enjoy the space when not being used as a bed
