Inside, the apartment offers a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a Smart TV, where you can stream your favourite shows and movies on Netflix or Prime. 9-minute walk to the Brighton world-famous pier 13-minute walk to The Lanes shopping and nightlife street Comfortable and stylish apartment KITCHEN / LIVING AREA The open plan living/kitchen area has a spacious open feel to it with a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities like a 2-ring halogen hob, Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to three guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room positioned at the front of the property, set up with a Smart TV and sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV by streaming your favourite channels with the free wifi.
