The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, along with cookware, crockery, and cutlery for easy home-cooked meals. Perfect for couples, professionals, or small families. This beautifully maintained property sleeps up to 6 guests, in two separate bedrooms with a lounge that offers two double sofa beds in which adds flexibility to the sleeping arrangements. Each room comes with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi—just log in with your own Netflix or Prime account. Outside, a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor area with garden furniture, offering a peaceful spot for your morning coffee or an evening wind-down after exploring the coast. KITCHEN / LIVING AREA The living area has natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and two sofa beds not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms with plenty of fresh bed linen provided for all beds. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Pets This property is not pet-friendly Check-Out Check-out is by 11 am.
