This home comes with a sandy bottom dock foot steps away that allows non motorized boats and floats. Peddle boat, Kayaks and Paddle board on site. Fantastic partially wooded property and distant neighbors. Full kitchen, and a barbecue. Since we had family in Brighton, we wanted to be close. We also wanted to have something to do in our free time and this was the perfect spot because we had lake access. The host offered boats but we brought our own paddle boards and the kids went out almost every day. The lake is nice and clean and the hosts are friendly and available if needed. If you are into lake life and want to be in Brighton, I highly recommend this place. The place was not clean, including the silverware and cups. The home is completely outdated and rundown. The furniture is a disaster. To make matters worse, a man worked on the property the entire time we were there and scared my mother by being by her window at night. We purchased our own silverware, cups, bakeware, drying mat, cutlery and drinking water due to the unsanitary nature of the place. We made it a point to stay away from the home as much as possible during our stay. It was a horrible disappointment for such an important occasion. ##### Christine M.
