Located in Kemptown, it allows easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. The apartment includes flexible bed options, a bathroom with separate bathtub and a workstation. Guests can make use of the wifi and smart TV, allowing them to stream their favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime. Enter the property into a hallway. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Pets This property is not pet-friendly Check-Out Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please: Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts. Age Policy The lead guest must be 21 or over. I stayed in 2 prooerties, both had serious issues & management is DEPLORABLE! I've worked in the business & this is NOT how you treat customers! DORSET TWOTV broke down repeatedly, had to be replaced. Remote malfunctioned repeatedly, had to be replaced. Turning on oven shorted out ALL the electrics!! Reporting this to My Getaways' "Tracy" brought no confirmation & no help. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE! The 2 on-site engineers who came, Sam, Harley and Isadora were great but their managers need a lesson in Customer Care! Tracy ARGUED with me about extra toilet rolls (23-day stay) -- those supplied were thin rolls & poorso I had to buy my own. ##### Cara L.
