Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) The location is great during the day, close to shops, the pier and restaurants but a big negative is at night the noise was unbearable. Drunken revelers in the streets every single night and none of us could get a good night's sleep. Also, the mattresses were too soft, the pillows flimsy, and only one towel per person. ##### Gilda R. Bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied from before the kitchen floor was very sticky and one of the leather chairs hadn’t been cleaned and had a spillage on it. Also the towels although clean were stained.The WiFi was also really disappointing- the tv wouldn’t work and neither could we stream on the laptop.Lastly it was very very noisy at night with noise from the street. Can’t be helped with the location although better windows might make a difference. But it should be clear on the description.We had a lovely time overall as the weather was great and a fab location to walk everywhere so spent little time there. Check in was also easy ##### Lucy P.
