BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ - THIS PROPERTY IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR JUST ANYONE IN WINTER From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. YOU NEED TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE IT TO THE HOME. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in between 4pm-8pm at the latest to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles. Winter Guided Arrival: At the request of the town to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Two twin beds are also available, for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably.
