This 2 bedroom lower ground apartment is located right in the heart of Kemptown and includes a private garden with your own beach hut, ideal for unwinding and relaxation. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it offers a perfect Sussex seaside escape, just moments from the beach. Bright and spacious, it's your coastal charm in Brighton and Hove. Book now to create unforgettable memories by the shore! Guests can also make use of the wifi and smart TV, allowing them to stream their favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests.  
  
LIVING ROOM  
  
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.  
  
BATHROOMS  
  
\- The main bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.  
\- The Ensuite has a shower, sink and toilet.  
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.  
  
BEDROOMS  
  
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.
