What a sanctuary. This home is truly an oasis. You are welcomed into the home through an abundant garden alive with greenery, well established trees and an almost fairly like magic, all while nestled on Delany Avenue. Golden Pine retreat has everything you need when on holidays, located right on the rail trail, you can either ride or short walk into town, or follow the tracks through the stunning pine plantations enjoy the stunning Cherry Walk along the Ovens River, or enjoy a summer swim at Jacks hole located only minutes from the rear of this property. Golden Pine retreat is spacious and impeccably styled holiday retreat offers 4 excellent size bedrooms to cater for 2 families or enough space for friends to share. There are four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom at the front of the home has shared bathroom and hidden laundry, and main bathroom towards the rear of the property with sunken bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom offers a 2 King single beds, all bedrooms come with split system heating and cooling and ceiling fans, electric blankets, built in robes and smart TV. One of the properties features is a Asko drying cabinet, ideal for those guests who love the snow, you have the benefit of drying all your ski gear in a flash. This spacious and freshly renovated home features open plan living with a fully integrated kitchen with quality appliances, an extra kitchenette, spacious living/dining area opening to an expansive courtyard setting and plenty of windows to let the Bright sunshine stream in and stunning mountain views. The back outdoor area is also equipped with a lockable bike shed, BBQ and an undercover outdoor seating area to accommodate all, or you can spread out to the quiet courtyard and the warming firepit. The beautiful outdoor area allows you to unwind, kick back and enjoy quality time with the whole family or great friends. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bed with Shared Bathroom Bedroom 2 - 2 King Singles Bedroom 3 - 1 King Bed Bedroom 4 - 1 Queen Bed All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. All the comforts of home and more, large rooms with comfortable beds, plenty of storage for clothes and food supplies, cosy lounges and chairs, separate living spaces both inside and out. A 10 minute stroll down to the river for kids to take a dip. A few minutes drive into town for a change of pace. Bright, light and welcoming residence. House was perfect for our group, very spacious with thoughtful interiors and aesthetics. It was nice to have oil, salt and ample tea towels, kitchen utensils glasses etc. Weatherboard so expect noise can travel. Would be nice to get enough bins bags for greens etc over five days because you don’t want to buy a whole roll, a full length mirror in one room would be handy but that was manageable :). We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Golden Pine. The most beautiful cottage and surrounds The beds were comfy and the decor sublime! We wanted to stay longer. A decent walk to to the town center but flat and easy. We would loved if there was firewood available for the fire pit and some instructions for the gas bottles as one ran out and we had to call the manager late at night to get help- but they were great and we got it sorted quickly.
