The property did note that some dogs might be able to jump the fence of the enclosed rear yard, this was the case for our 20kg spoodle so we were a bit reluctant to leave him alone. The layout of the house is a little odd with the only toilet being in the middle of the laundry and ensuite so you have to walk through it to get out the back. It was very hot in the kids room as no air con just a fan. It made for three very unpleasant nights as we were all up dealing with the heat / swapping sleeping arrangements etc. I wouldn't stay again unless winter because of this.
