"First stay here for a party in Brighouse. Superb welcome from staff on arrival and shown to our room. Accommodation is across the road from the pub and events so nice and quiet and a great space at the front of the building for a evening drink. "Lovely situation with great views. Really nice open plan kitchen/living area. 2 of bedrooms good size but other 2 much too small and this wasn't apparent from the pictures. Hot Tub was a nice luxury and a great place to chill and enjoy the scenery. Not super clean and furniture getting a bit bashed/tired already even though the accommodation is pretty new. These are semi detached and we had a large group next door who were shouting and making a lot of noise into the evening which wasn't ideal."
