"Good sized condo for two adults and two kids...conveniently located for easy commute to interlaken, lauterbrunen, grindelwald etc. Condo in good condition and overall good space however they have weird bathroom conditions....a. the shower is not properly covered by shower curtain and b. They have heated flooring...so under no condition water shouldnt come out.... Its very inconvinient way of taking a shower But besides that apartment was very good"

"I’m really impressed by this family run business in Iseltwald. This was the best hotel I found in this beautiful little village. The refund and change policy is very flexible which I appreciated because I did end up needing to change the date of my visit. The room was newly renovated. We were given the balcony room right next to the hotel sign. It had a breath taking view of the lake and the mountain. Breakfast was included which was so helpful since there aren’t many options around. And the food selection was so great. We had a wonderful breakfast there and ready to take on our journey. The only issue was during check in, I was asked if I’m from Switzerland. When I explained I live in the US, the staff wanted to see proof of my residency. I had to show my US ID other than my passport to check in eventually. This has never happened in other hotels. Maybe it was just miscommunication in due to different languages. I find it a little strange as there must be many foreign visitors coming here. All in all I liked my stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Iseltwald. "

"Thank you so much! This was a great place to stay. Each kid had their own bed, the common area was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were great. Quiet location, yet not far from the highway! Thank you Ursula for allowing us to stay at your lovely home!"
