The accommodation is a spacious 5-room maisonette that spans two levels and measures 210 square meters. It is located on the top floor and boasts a south-west facing position, ensuring ample natural light and a comfortable ambiance. The open large dining room features a panoramic window and leads out to the balcony. One room is equipped with a double bed, while the children's room is furnished with two bunk beds, both rooms providing access to the balcony. The large kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine that accepts Nespresso capsules (extra). A separate WC and a bathroom with a shower/WC are also available on the lower level. The upper floor features an open living room with a panoramic window, digital TV, and a flat-screen television, leading out to the terrace. This level also includes a large room with three beds.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds, extra charge), and a hair dryer. Wireless internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Reserved parking for up to two cars is available at the house. For your convenience, the accommodation is smoke-free, and smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are installed.
