We love the location of this charming cottage within Flamborough and the original features within. Ideally located to explore the heritage coastline and RSPB Bempton Cliffs.. 1 step to entrance.

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed  
  
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels included and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). 1 small dog welcome, to be kept on a leat at all times. Bike store. No smoking.. Seashell Cottage is one of two delightful cottages, perfect for couples. Packed with original features, this pet-friendly cottage offers charm and comfort. The living room boasts an original wrought iron range with a working fire, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings. The spacious kitchen/diner includes a gas hob, electric oven, and microwave, with a dining table. Upstairs, steep cottage-style stairs lead to a double bedroom with charming village views and a delightful bathroom featuring a freestanding bath and separate shower, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. There is a small shared patio area to the rear with private seating.  
  
A short stroll takes you to the heart of the village, with a choice of welcoming pubs, quaint tea rooms, and excellent local facilities. A short drive brings you to the iconic Flamborough Lighthouse, where steep chalk cliffs lead down to a cove that’s home to a resident seal population. Birdwatchers will love the nearby RSPB Bempton Cliffs, offering breathtaking views and abundant wildlife.  
  
Visit the vibrant seaside town of Bridlington, with its Victorian promenade, Old Town, and Bridlington Spa hosting live events. Explore nature at Danes Dyke or delve into history at Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere House, or Sewerby Hall. Golfers will appreciate the nearby courses, while the Yorkshire Wolds and North Yorkshire Moors National Parks are within an hour’s drive. Seashell Cottage is the perfect romantic retreat, blending tranquillity with adventure.

- ![This is one of my favourite places in the world, nostalgia of childhood holidays, this little gem is tucked away on the East Yorkshire coast. When the tide is out you can explore the caves - some of which take you right through, just be careful the tide can come in fast!  
You can also take boat trips to Bempton Cliffs to see the puffins.  
Parking is about 50p an hour, there's a pub, cafe and icecream parlour in the old lifeboat station. There's also clifftop walks and spectacular views.

- ![Bridlington is a great example of the wonderful British seaside. With 2 beaches - pebble beach to the north of the town, and this sandy beach to the south, separated by the harbour,  there's donkey rides, speed boat rides, a funfair, fish and chips a plenty and icecreams galore.  
This beach has great facilities for toilets, sowers and snacks and of course you can hire a traditional stripy deck chair and the usually essential windbreak!
