### We just love the location.

We just love the location! Within a two minute walk from the beach and with lots of space for children to play and a pristine holiday village. Great for families!. Step to entrance. All on the ground floor.  
  
Living room: With electric fire and Smart TV.  
  
Kitchen: With electric cooker, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.  
  
Bedroom 1: With double bed.  
  
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.  
  
Bathroom: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Front garden with garden furniture. Grounds with sitting out area. Children’s play area (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden.. Rosie’s Cottage is a welcoming chalet set on South Shore Holiday Village, just a two-minute stroll from the beach in Bridlington, East Yorkshire. Perfect for a relaxed coastal getaway, it features open plan living with a Smart TV and cosy electric fire. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals during your holiday. The property offers a comfortable double bedroom and a twin room, plus a shower room. Outside, enjoy an enclosed patio with seating – ideal for soaking up the sun. Two small dogs are welcome, making it a great choice for pet-friendly family breaks.  
  
South Shore Holiday Village offers large, grassed areas perfect for football and games, plus on-site play parks for younger guests. The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access and the cliff-top walk into Bridlington right on your doorstep. You can also hop on the land train or use the nearby park and ride. Bridlington boasts two sandy beaches, a traditional working harbour, and a lively seafront lined with amusement arcades, bars, restaurants, and classic fish and chip shops. Explore Bridlington Old Town’s charm or enjoy a show at Bridlington Spa. This beach has great facilities for toilets, sowers and snacks and of course you can hire a traditional stripy deck chair and the usually essential windbreak!
