Blue Opal Retreat is a NEW build property with access to communal play ground and football pitch. Offering 4 nights for 3 (term time only with discount automatically applied at checkout) With off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden, LARGE HOT TUB and welcoming two well-behaved dogs, this charming home is perfect for families or couples seeking a seaside escape filled with relaxation and adventure. Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Here, you can gather around the dining table and enjoy home-cooked meals, sharing stories of the day's adventures. Adjacent to the kitchen, the large sitting room offers an inviting space to unwind, featuring a Large Smart TV and lovely large sofa - perfect for those lazy evenings in. French doors lead out to the enclosed garden, where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the patio, complete with furniture and a brick barbecue (bring disposables) for those warm summer evenings. For an extra fee you can use the amazing hot tub - enjoy a long soak after a day on the beach - relax under the stars or under the all weather cover! The fee for the hot tub is based on a short stay of 3 or 4 nights. For stays of 7 nights or more you will need to select TWO hot tub bookings otherwise the hot tub will only be available for the first 3 or 4 nights. This is to cover the additional costs of changing the water and in effect having to provide 2 hot tub services for the duration of the stay.
