Spread over two floors, the first floor offers a cosy living room with an electric fire and Smart TV where you can relax and enjoy views along the historic main street. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped with a range of modern appliances, providing all the comforts of home. Whilst a small dining table offers a sociable spot for an evening meal. The first floor also features a bedroom with bunk beds—a double on the bottom and a single on top—and a separate WC. Ascend the steep stairs to the second floor, where you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-size electric sleigh bed, offering a luxurious and restful retreat.  
  
Step outside, and you’ll be immersed in Bridlington’s Old Town charm, surrounded by historic shops, tea rooms, and a popular pub. Pop into the owner’s Fish and Chip Shop below and enjoy the delights of Bridlington’s fresh daily catch. Enjoy the many festivals and events held nearby, or take a short drive to the beach, the Victorian Promenade, and bustling harbour. With easy access to the Yorkshire Wolds for walking and cycling opportunities, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is a must visit whilst in the area and Flamborough and Filey offer towering cliffs. York and Whitby are an hour’s drive away. Ashlors is the ideal base for your seaside adventure.
