"Check-in easy, kitchen facilities good, kids pleased about wifi access. Drive big enough to park easily.Decorated to hosts own style throughout to a high standard. Stairs & upstairs carpets lovely and soft to walk on. Beds comfy & it was a quiet neighbourhood.The french doors were hard to shut, hinges had dropped. "Interesting country house, lots to explore, fascinating, beautiful gardens, we stayed two nights and made use of rooms, and garden, beautiful place! Patricia was sooo welcoming, kind and helpful host, thank you! Such a quirky place would defo come back 👍"

"The property was great with lots of space, the pool table and the hot tub as well as the smoke house were fantastic and the pictures can't give you an idea of how big it is. The bedrooms were great and so was the kitchen and the living rooms, 5 star stay!"

But there are a number of drawbacks that aren't explained: - It's not a good neighborhood. We felt uncomfortable walking until we got a few blocks away. "A lovely rural oasis, quiet and peaceful. The two large fields were heaven for our dog to run around in at her leisure. Philip was very helpful about the property and the milk, tea and coffee on first arrival were very welcome. it's well situated for visits to the coast and the country."

"Booked this stay with the promise of parking but when we arrived there was no where to stop or park in the street or neigbouring streets. I contacted the owner and was told to park in council parking 17 mins away. A very hostile neigbourhood so had to go and find another last minute stay in next town. No help from Stayz either."

"It is not a bad place. The place need to be cleaned properly when someone leaves. A potato and a bottle of milk was left in the fridge. I threw the potato away as it was smelling but did not tough the milk. I think a shower curtain may help to prevent the bathroom tiles getting wet. Thankshe milk. "
