The proximity to the water was amazing, so nice to sit out on the docks with coffee or a glass of wine and watch the boats go by. Especially appreciated were the huge screen porch, the kayaks and canoes that were available for our use, the closeness of the house to the water, and the resident ducks. The location of the property was excellent—just a five-minute drive from downtown Bridgton and the Hannafords on Route 302 and about a half-hour’s drive to Conway and the Kancamagus Highway. (The outlet stores in North Conway are about as close but are very skippable, in this reviewer’s opinion.) The house’s owners were extremely responsive and helpful. ##### Joanne D.
