Our brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blends modern comfort with the charm of the Lakes Region. Ideally located, you’ll be just 5 minutes from downtown Naples, 10 minutes from downtown Bridgton, a short drive to beautiful Long Lake and Highland Lake, less than 20 minutes to Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort, and only 30 minutes from North Conway, NH. The home offers three comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens and plenty of storage, making it perfect for families or small groups. There are two full bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a walk-in shower. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances, a large island, and everything you need to cook at home. The bright, open-concept living and dining space includes plenty of seating and is ideal for relaxing or gathering after a day on the lake or the slopes.
